US Made E-Z Burr "Small Hole" Carbide Deburring Tool
Tool is available in several styles and angles depending upon material to be deburred. Insert and Flex Arm is a one piece replaceable component. Perfect for automating hole deburring on any CNC.
Product Options: Choose from the following:
- BG: B-Style, 45/45 - Deburrs Both the top and breakout side of a drilled hole in aluminum, most steels and cast iron.
- RG: R-Style, 00/45 - Deburrs the Rear only of a drilled hole in aluminum, most steels and cast iron.
- BT: B-Style, 45/54 - Deburrs Both the top and breakout side of a drilled hole in Stainless Steel. Also ideal for removing large burrs.
- RT: R-Style, 00/54 - Deburrs Rear only of a drill hole in stainless steel. Also ideal for removing large burrs.
- BD: B-Style, 50/60 - Deburrs Both top and breakout side of a drilled hole in Inconel, Titanium, Hastaloy and other high-nickel (Aerospace) material.
- RD: R-Style, 00/60 - Deburrs Rear only of a drilled hole in Inconel, Titanium, Hastaloy and other high-nickel (Aerospace) material.
