Grade Description:
CC-42: Romay's hardest cermet grade recommended for turning, boring, threading and grooving. The best choice for finish machining of steels, stainless steels and cast iron.
CC-43: Romay's toughest cermet grade is tough enough for milling and light roughing, also turning carbon, alloy and stainless steels, as well as ductile and cast iron.
CC-44: Romay's best overall cermet grade with the widest application area, is relatively tough but hard. It is recommended for turning, boring, threading and grooving. The best choice for semi-roughing to finishing of carbon alloy, stainless steels and cast irons. Also suitable for light milling of cast iron and steels.
