All Toolinghouse products are guaranteed against manufacturing defect. Claims must be made within 60 days of shipment date.
If you believe you have a defective product, please contact us for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization).
No products will be accepted for return without an RGA. Once we receive the product back from you we will inspect it and if it is found to have a manufacturing defect, you have the choice of us either replacing the product at no charge or issuing you credit for the full purchase price of the product.
General product Return Policy: (for products without manufacturing defect that are returned) Claims must be made within 60 days of shipment date.
Toolinghouse will accept the return of any of our standard (non-special) products that are in new, unused condition at no charge if an order is placed at the same time for other products with a value equal to or greater than the products being returned. If no replacement order is placed a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned products.
No products will be accepted for return without an RGA. Custom made or Blue Print products are returnable only if there is a manufacturing defect.
To receive an RGA number, please call us at 239-314-4303 or email to sales@toolinghouse.com. When contacting us, please have your original purchase order number that was used when you bought the product(s).
What is our cancellation Policy? An order for standard products may be canceled up until the day it is shipped at no charge to you. Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled.
An order for custom blue print products is not able to be canceled once the product is in production.
No orders that have been paid by wire transfer can be canceled. We cannot refund wire transfers and all sales made under payment terms of wire transfer are final. The only exception is if there is a quality issue. Our products are supported 100% against manufacturing defects.
