SPG Square Insert Ground Top and Bottom.  Clamp Style Insert.  11 degree relief angle. Double sided insert without Chipbreaker.  Ideal for problem free chip forming materials. 
Feed range .003 to .030 I.P.R. / 0.075-0.75 mm/rev.

Carbide Grades: (Choose above)
C2: Uncoated grade used primarily in mild cutting conditions.  Used for turning and milling steel, cast iron and other non-ferrous metals.
C5: For roughing to semi-finishing of Steel.
C2 Coated: Multi Layer CVD (TiC/Al203/TiN) Aluminum Oxide Coated.  Ideal for machining 200 and 300 series stainless steel, cast irons, non-ferrous alloys and most high temperature alloys.  Excellent wear resistance.
C5 Coated: Multi Layer CVD (TiN/TiC/TiCN/TiN) coating.  Best for general purpose milling and turning carbon and alloy steels and tool steels.
